p2p links from our Vendors

We have product to product links for many of our Vendors. Many of the vendors are now requiring us to have a direct link to the color and size of the product.
Ie.. A customer goes to the k2 ski web site and selects not only the ski model but also the size 167cm. Their system then brings up the online retailers and links directly to our site with the product and size already select or even Better, the product is already added to the basket.

I have three simple questions.
1. Can Ablecommerce 7.0 do this?
2. If it can, then how?
3. If not, Could it be customized to do so?

In AC7 now can provide the vendor those links to add to cart if you have a separate product for each option instead of a product with a select box for options. It's possible someone could come up with code to add the product with the option to the basket via a link, but I haven't seen anyone on the forum do that yet. If it's sufficient to just go to the product page but you need a separate link for each option, you could give them the same links but with the name changed a little manually- as long as the P# is correct, the link will still go to the product page. The options just won't be selected.
