Development License - how to use it?

When I first install AC7 on my local Development machine, do I use
the "Development License"? There is no information about this in the documentation.

Also, when I upload it later to the hosting company, how is that done?
Do I just copy over the files and database, and the change the license to the "License Key"?

Hi,

Yes, that is correct. Use the development license for your local dev installation. When you are ready to move it into production, you can request a new key. Here are some instructions for moving an install.

When you move the files over, you will want to exclude the commercebuilder.lic file (the key) and other config files of course.
