Data Import Error

I used the data port tool to import and update my products and it worked just fine. Now I have a new batch to import and when I browse to my NEW spreadsheet I get the following error and I am never even allowed to try and import the items.

"We are sorry for inconvenience but an error has been occured while loading CSV data file.
Error Message: An item with the same key has already been added."

I have attached a screen shot.

Can anyone tell me what causes this? Its a new sheet with totally new products. I even took all the products out but one just to test and I still get the same error.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

You are using an older version of DataPort ( I think it is .19 beta). Please download the latest version and this problem is already fixed for DataPort beta .31.

Thank you. I have installed the new data port and now I get the following error.

Warning: Version mismatch, You are running DataPort utility 1.0.0.31 for AbleCommerce 7.0 Store and we have detected an older version of CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.dll in the AbleCommerce \bin\ folder. Please update the DLL to match the version of the DataPort utility.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of DataPort and the DataPort API. It is strongly recommended to update your store and get the compatible version of DataPort application.

Hello,

In the zip file was a new CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.dll file which needs to be placed into the stores /bin directory.

OK I have updated the dll as instructed which solved the following error.

But now I get the same error I was getting before I was instructed to upgrade the data port.

Interesting..
This may be a similar problem. However I think this might be happening due to duplicate Vendors and Manufacturers at your store. Please login as administrator user using the web interface and Make sure that no All vendors and manufacturers at your stores have unique names.

You can remove or rename the duplicate vendors and manufacturers to avoid this issue.

If the problem still exists then check your server app.log file and find and paste here the detailed error message log.
