Anything is possible with software out there. Nothing that Able will support out of the box.
You will have to build that into your design.
I would do some research and thought before throwing something like that into a website. Every market is different, but from a personal standpoint I get REALLY annoyed when a websites has sound/animation. Especially when shopping - my goal is to get to the cheapest store and easily checkout.
