shopping cart handoff script

Is there anyone out there who can help me with writing a script to handle a shopping card handoff from one website to another. I have 2 different suppliers who want to offer this to their distributors.

Please read the following topic of WIKI. Its about how to transfer a product from external entity.

You can customize this script by incorporating sending multiple product ids from external entity.
