Data Port - UPS Worldship

I'm currently using the Data Port to download orders from 7.0 to put them in UPS Worldship. I cannot get them to download all of the orders but rather only about 50% of the orders that are currently waiting shipment. If I change criteria I get an error message that says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Any ideas of what this means?

Are you using latest DataPort version?
If yes then this might be a bug, please post more details that what criteria you select that is causing this error?

The version I have is 1.0.0.19. Is there a newer version? Where do I get it?

Thanks, I was able to get it working but I noticed that if an order has more than 1 of the same product the weight that transfers over to the .csv for Worldship is only for 1 item. For example if the order contains 10 of product X and product X weighs 1 lbs it only transfer the 1 lb instead of 10 lbs since there were 10 items. Any ideas how to fix this?
