Profit in Daily Sales Report

I had something weird occur on an order yesterday. It was a fairly large order - so I checked it yesterday and then was going thru it again with my boss today. The profit went from being correct to almost 100% profit. Being a big order this really throws off our numbers.

I checked our profit last night at midnight and it's not the same number this morning.

Anyone had any experience with this?

None what so ever.

This is the first time I've seen an issue like this. Though I don't re-look all the time. This order just happened to be huge and make our reports stand out as being wrong.

Went thru sales from yesterday. Doesn't appear to be any changes. Which makes this very werid.

The order was never modified because we have no notes or changes in it.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet some of your order statuses are not set to "Include in reports".

As the order was moved from order status to order status, it came into and back out again on your reports.

Check each of your order statuses and ensure they are set to Include in Reports for the ones you want included.
