Trying to export my 7.0 Build 10125 store using Dataport v.34
I have 713 products..and the export of the products list always fails between the 450 -500 product range.
I've tried both CSV & XML exports under custom (everything exports fine EXCEPT the products list)...both fail with an 'Error in XML doc (2265, -155).
The full error when I try the download Store Data link is:
Title: Error occurred while exporting store
----------------------------
Summary: Some error has occurred while exporting store data.
----------------------------
Detailed Message: There is an error in XML document (6140, -155).

I also ran the export using the debug feature and have the dumps related to the section that keeps failing if that might help.
I've also looked at the database records for the last record that shows in the XML file before the failure as well as the 'next' record and don't see any anomalies in the fields.
Also this store is working fine itself and those products come up fine on their pages...so I'm at a loss for how to proceed.
Does anyone have any ideas of where to look next?
Export of products via Dataport .34 fails between #s 450-500
Re: Export of products via Dataport .34 fails between #s 450-500
You can reduce the chunk size to "1" to exactly find the product which is causing this issue. This way you will be able to look at the product data resulting this issue.
To Reduce/Change the chunk size, follow these steps:
1. Connect DataPort to your store.
2. From the "Options -> Setting" menu open the advanced settings page.
3. Set the "Chunk Size" to "1" and save.
4. Now click export.. and this way you can easily locate the product data causing this issue.
It is highly recommended to post the details back here, so that other users can take advantage or the issue can be fixed later on.
