shipping estimation

Hello,

can shipping estimation using USPS work on local machine or not.
i want to configure USPS so please let me know can it possible to configure it on local machine or will work on only server .i already have userid . but i am unable to configure.please give me some views ...
you didnt reply my previous queries please take it on priority....

Yes, it will work on local machine. I just followed the instructions in the admin, from USPS and in help.ablecommerce.com to set it up.

to cofiguring USPS . really i have followed all the instruction currectly ..i am unable to know where i am commiting mistake so please send me whole procedure in detail except those link which you send me before ..i have already spent two days for resolving this issue . This become a big issue for me..
