Payment Processing Problem ...

Hi Everyone,

On the checkout page, after user clicked "PAY WITH CREDIT CARD", the button immediately changed to "Processing ...", the Ajax process image appeared for a second, and then everything stayed like that forever. There is no error massage displayed, and no log recorded. Normally the page should return back and notice the user whether the credit card process is successful. It seems to me that the request never got sent out. Could there be anything wrong with the way Ajax works?

This problem does not happen all the time, although quite often. It happens to both new users and existing users. Has everyone experienced this before?

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.

Which browser you are using. Also try to reproduce the problem here on the demo.
