Google Checkout: Gives me a strange response?

I thought I set-up my Google Checkout correctly, but if I put something in the basket and try to use it checking out, it responds with the response below...has anyone seen this before or what did I do wrong to set it up?

# Google Checkout Failed.
# Google Checkout Response.IsGood = False
# Google Checkout Error Message = No seller found with id (my Google ID Numbers)

Google threw following information after searching for above problem regarding checkout


Custom-built shopping carts (API): You receive a 'No seller found with ID [[number]]' error message.

Issue:
You receive a 'No seller found with ID [[number]]' error message.

Explanation:
This error typically occurs when you enter an incorrect Merchant ID. (Remember, the Google Checkout sandbox and production environments are different. A production Merchant ID won't work in the sandbox, nor will a sandbox Merchant ID work in the production environment.

Resolution:

* If you're working in the production environment (https://checkout.google.com), use your production Merchant ID. To find your production Merchant ID, sign in to Google Checkout and click the Settings tab. Your Merchant ID will appear under 'Primary contact information.'
* If you're working in the sandbox environment (https://sandbox.google.com/checkout), make sure to use your sandbox Merchant ID. To find your sandbox Merchant ID, sign in to the Google Checkout Sandbox and click the Settings tab. Your Merchant ID will appear under 'Primary contact information.'
