Affiliate Tracking with Subscription or Recurring Billing ??

What would happen in Able if an affiliate made a sale of a product that is billed monthly (using for example PalPay gateway with recurring billing). If they get 10% of the sale... do they get 10% from every month as well? Please help determine the correct information about how Able handles this situation. Thank you.
