Customer Reorder
We sell printed materials, duplicated CDs & DVDs, and apparel that is based on customer uploaded files. We archive all customer uploaded files on several terabytes of storage to make it easier for customers to reorder without having to resubmit their files. When a customer views their order details page there is a "Reorder" button on the right side of the page. If the customer clicks on the Reorder button the item(s) they previously ordered are added to the cart. However, the order number that was associated with the original order is not copied into the Reorder to let us know what files should be used to produce the new order. How can we modify the Reorder function so that the original order number is included as part of the details of the reorder? It would be best if a note was added to the order so that we received an email letting us know what order is being reordered or if the order number was added to the emailed invoice that goes to both the merchant and the customer.
