where's code for "Pay with card" button click

hi I am evaluating the software and I need to find and add additional procedures for "Pay with card" button. I looked up ConLib but unable to find it. can some1 knowledgeable point me where to look? thank you.

Payment forms are dynamically loaded: /Checkout/PaymentForms/CreditCardPaymentForm.ascx
