Refund process in AbleCommerce

Hi,

I am testing Ablecommerce refund process. Right now we are using PayFlow Pro gateway in testmode. I buy product(for 209.99$ + 42$ shipping=251.99) and issue a partial refund next day(51.99$). I wrote a note for refund reason. The status show sucess for both buying as well as for refund.
Later when I see order details
1. I don't see on what date the refund was given and I don't see the note I wrote when issuing refund.
2. When I run monthly sales report, It is showing 209.99(product price) in profit column. It is not showing details of refunds/ negativesales.
Is this happening because I did all the process in testmode or Is there customization required for showing right sales/profit amount.

Any help plz.
