Need to get a default to show in drop-downs

Need to get a default to show in drop-downs

In an example site made by Able, the drop-down has a value in the window.

The one's I've set up have a blank space. Any idea how to set a 'default' to show when first entering the page?

Nevermind, found it. Choices in product templates and choices in variants are different.

No radio buttons in variants then, huh?
