UPS Shipping is not calculating correctly!

Hi guys,

I'm comparing the shipping price between my site and UPS website and the values are completely different.
I put all the informations provided by UPS and it's apparently working but the value is not correct.

Did you have similar problems?

I get that with Fed Ex Ground on another site and the difference is due to the discounts I get for having an AmEx Merchant account and type of billing/payment (IIRC). I'd bet UPS has similar pricing tiers for user accounts.

Hi William, I understand it's a possibility, but the prices are completely different. The store I'm developing sells marbles and heavy stones. The cheapest shipping would be something around to $120 dollars, but my store is showing $10 dollars. This is the problem.


Any other possibility?

I think I know the problem!!!

Our UPS service type is called Freight but it's not listed in the Service dropdown as you can see in the picture below.
Do you know what I should do?

I think UPS would be the best to explain it. Maybe they don't offer the Freight rates in their online tools.
