Setting the International Date Format?

Is there anyway to configure the locale settings for the application?

The reports in the admin section are showing US date format - other than adding explicit Culture re-mappings for each affected page, is there anyway to impost en-GB culture settings?

Editing the web.config file doesn't seem to have any effect..

Currently you will need to explicitly remap culture for each affected page. The problem with web.config approach will be available in next available release.
