CMS in AbleCommerce

AbleCommerce features lists talk about Content Management System in the following link

Where do I find CMS admin in Ablecommerce Admin area. What are the features of CMS and advantages of it. Is it like the other content management systems avaialbe else where? Can anyone please explain.
