What is way to get FTP details site hosted on ablecommerce

Hello,

I created a shoping cart website using AbleCommerce 7.0.2 and hosted it on ablecommerce.

Right now i want to know the F.T.P details of my site for downlaod it.

I was going through your website https://www.help.ablecommerce.com , however could not find information on how to get this detail. So just wondering if you have options available on your website. I would really appreciate if you could let me know how to download my site.

If it is hosted by Able, you should be able to get those details from your site control panel that Able uses.

I did not find site control panel that in admin section of my site.
Please give the path/steps to get the F.T.P details.

The control panel is not in the store, it is a separate function that Able has for sites located on their servers. You would need to contact their hosting support for that information.
