Email Newsletter Alternative Options

Hello All,

Wondering if you could refer me to a well rounded, and cost effectective solution for sending E-newsletters. What Ablecommerce has is great but limiting when you have base of 75k email subscribers- doesn't work too well for too many reasons you may be familiar with (people not holding an account, bounce backs, and others). I recently came in contact with http://www.constantcontact.com and they seem alright - but wanted to see if others have had direct experience with them or others directly.

Ideally I'd like something that can somehow plugin to ablecommerce - however if the option is not there can anyone recommend services such as constantcontact.com?
