resend emails

I reviewed an earlier post about this but did not understand response. My questions is -

How can I resend order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails if the customer enters their email address wrong? After I correct, I would like to resend. I found these instructions in the EMAIL TEMPLATE section of the admin control panel:

The email templates for your store are displayed below. Templates are used to generate email messages which can be sent automatically when certain events occur. You can also use these templates to generate emails manually from various places within the admin interface.

I have never seen any "various places" withing the admin interface where I have the ability to resend an email.

Go to view order page within Admin and then click user name under billing information, it will bring manual Email wizard to resend order related Emails.
