Associate Vendors with Products Like Manufacter Admin Page?

The Edit Manufacturer page lets you search for products by name and easily assign them to a manufacturer. Has anyone done the same for Vendors? As far as I can tell, I have to assign them from each individual product. Or is the dataport the best way to update that information in a bulk mode?

You can easily port manufacturer part for vendors as well, things will be quite same all you change captions and adjust load methods to point to vendors.

Here are the vendors modified files, just install them in very same order. The only difference between products search support in manufacturers and this one is that it does not support Products without vendors only options.
