I am trying to add lpssl.dll to my solution . The file is already in the bin but when I tried to add it
I got the error 'Please make sure that File is accessible and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.
Any help would be appreciated.

That is an assembly included for the LinkPoint payment processor integration. It is neither a .NET assembly or a COM object. It won't add to the solution.
