problem with google checkout

I'm using AC 7.02 and have used the admin section to enter my google id & merchant number. when shopper goes to chekcout gets the following error:

Google Checkout Failed.
Google Checkout Response.IsGood = False
Google Checkout Error Message = No seller found with id .....

any information appreciated.

thanks for the info, but I confirmed those info several time. One thing to note is that I don't have SSL installed yet, however, I'm trying to connect via sandbox not production. any idea?

It can only be a few things. You can think of it like a telephone. Google Checkout has 2 phone numbers: production and sandbox. You are calling sandbox and asking for your merchant id. The sandbox is answering "there is no one here with that name".

Either you are calling the wrong number or asking for the wrong name. There are no other possibilities (unless I misunderstand the question).

Note that sandbox and production are 2 completely separate families. If you have a production merchant id, you cannot use it in the sandbox and vice versa.
