Text Search returning all products - Advanced Search working

we seem to have a problem with regular searching on our site.

A text search now lists all products in the results!

We've only noticed this since updating to the latest version 7.0.3, we've applied the hot fix but the problem remains.

This happens if searching on a single word or multiple words.

It also happens if the user clicks on the "manufacturer" link on a product page.

Advanced search works fine...

Any ideas anyone?

We found the problem, for anyone's who's interested...

the [[ConLib:CategorySearchSidebar]] had been removed from the left sidebar....

Added it back in and search works fine... ho humm
