Seeking Able 7.x help -independent tech person NEEDED

we are converting from able 5.x to 7.x and need to hire an independent tech person to work on a project by project for our firm. we are a start up with limited funds (its the economy) as such we are seeking someone looking to make money from their knowledge and is happy with a bunch of hours here and there ............ my gut tells me someone independent is what we ared seeking rather than a big firm
