Dose able have a demo store with Variants.
On my store with Variants, If I change the 1st option it dose not clear the options bellow it even tho they may not be available. I thought it used to work. Anyone have a link to a stock store with Variants for me to compare it to?

There is a known bug with variants and the available checkbox. It only works if you enable variant level inventory. If you aren't tracking inventory, you could set the instock level to something like 999 for all of the available options. Then set a lowstock warning for something around 100. Depending on your sales volume, that should keep your level of intervention pretty low. This will be corrected in the next release so that options can be filtered even without inventory enabled.
