Where do I enter tax rate change for Los Angeles?

Where do I enter tax rate change for Los Angeles?

I just downloaded the new tax change in an excel file for Los Angeles (and Calif) from the State Board Website.

Where do I enter this new information in Able or is there a way that I could just upload the Excel file in Able and it will automatically over ride/change to the new tax rates?

Go to Configure -> Taxes section and adjust related tax rule.
