Every once in a while we get some orders that do not get charge shipping at all. Our tables are based on a value purchase structure, ie a purchase of 0-25 pays $8.95 for shipping.
Some orders do not get shipping at all. I've tried to decipher this. Has anyone experience this before?

What is your application version information, you can found it under Help -> About AbleCommerce. This may help narrow the problem.

You haven't applied service release 3 for 7.0.0 so far. Apply service release 3 on your store.
