We would like to offer Free Shipping for orders over $200.00 and under 10lbs, and have this auto applied. Anyone done anything like this? if so how?
Also if this is not a built in ability, Ill take offers on gettin git done.

What type of shipping would be free? Just Ground? If its just ground shipping you can make your own shipping method.
Go to edit shipping methods. Go down to add custom, and select by weight. Then enter 0-10 lbs in the Field. and put a price of zero. Then put the minimum purchase at $200
