Refresh on One page checkout

Hello,

When a user clicks "Pay With Card" on the one page checkout, if there's an error, I'd like to return to the top of that page. Right now, it just stays focused on the payment form control. I'm having trouble because this is a user control inside of the page. Has anyone done this yet?
