PayPal Error

We are getting an error in our Error Log which reads

An error has occured at https://www.xxx.com/ProcessPayPal.ashx

The debug data says

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

What is the processpaypal.ashx page? How would I go about trying to find out more information about this error? I think we process paypal transactions fine. I even switched PayPal to sandbox really quick and tested it. Everything seems fine. I don't know what or why this error is popping up in our log. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

That file is a "virtual" file- it doesn't exist physically. There were a few posts on the forum about that error and it ended up being a setting that wasn't configured in the merchant's paypal account.

I'm still having this problem even though I went through all setup according to the suggestion posted by other folks
It happend after I upgrade from 7.03 to 7.04 recently.

I still have this error as well, and it looks exactly like speedythinker's screen shot. I am running on version 7.03. I have all Paypal settings turned OFF exactly how it is documented in the http://help.ablecommerce.com/mergedProj ... paypal.htm. Specifically, auto return is off, encrypted website payments is off, payment data transfer is off, and express checkout settings is off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
