Shipping Coupon

Good morning!

Quick question... Is it possible to setup a coupon that would make it so the customer could receive 2 Day Shipping for the price of Ground? A percent or fixed amount off doesn't work because of the way shipping costs work. So is there a way to have the coupon code make it so when used the price of ground shipping is used for 2 day?

Maybe make a copy of ground shipping? Re-name is free 2nd day and then some how make it only available with a coupon.
