Has anyone encountered the problem where Stone Edge Order Manager after importing orders from Ablecommerce will invalidate the orders? I have attached a screenshot of what the Orders page looks like after Stone Edge imports orders. It changes the orders to these red exclamation points.
Also, if a customer logs into their account to check order page, at the very top the page will read, "** Your order has been cancelled or invalidated" in red.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks a million.
Stone Edge Invalidating Orders?
Re: Stone Edge Invalidating Orders?
This is due to the payment status.
Stone edge only updates the order status and not any other status's like payment.
I think if you make something like "if order status is changed to shipped then change payment status to paid"

Re: Stone Edge Invalidating Orders?
It looks like we should change some of Able's code to not show these errors. That is all Stone Edge is designed to update.

Re: Stone Edge Invalidating Orders?
We are having this problem now with the last version of 7. Before we perform the Import using Stone Edge, the Order Manager shows order status is Paid with a green check icon and the order appears Unshipped with a Yellow caution icon. After the import, in Stone Edge, there is no change in the appearance of the orders in Order Manager. I assume all is well. After we create shipping labels in Stone Edge and process the order, the display in the Order Manager shows Paid and Shipped but instead of the green check mark, Paid now has a Red caution icon and the Shipped has a Red caution icon. When the customer looks at his order details, he sees the message "Your order has been cancelled or invalidated." We must select all of those orders in Order Manager and then select the option Update status to Completed. After that is done, the warning message is removed from the customer's order details. Customers are concerned, as anyone would be, and call us wanting to know why their order was cancelled. Has anyone found a good solution for this?

Richard

Re: Stone Edge Invalidating Orders?
Obvious question, but have you checked with StoneEdge to make sure there isn't something you can configure in their application? Their is code in their processing file on the site that does affect order status.
