When I go to Add Payment to an order, there is NO "Gift Certificate" option anywhere! Is it somewhere were I'm not looking, or can you truly NOT add a payment as a gift cert for an order???

Maybe I'm missing something...
When I go to Add Payment to an order, there is NO "Gift Certificate" option anywhere! Is it somewhere were I'm not looking, or can you truly NOT add a payment as a gift cert for an order???
