How To Include Subcategory's Products into Other Categories

Hello,

I'm trying to add a sub-category and it's products to two other categories. Can this be done without having to manually add each product to other categories?

For example:

I want all of the products of Subcategory Aa1 to appear under Category B and Category C

Category A
|- Subcategory Aa
|- Subcategory Aa1

Category B
|- Subcategory b
|- Subcategory Aa1

Category C
|- Subcategory c
|- Subcategory Aa1

One product can be accessed from multiple categories all you need is to edit the product and then from left manu select categories option and then specify all those categories in which that products should be. Secondly category can't be child of more then one categories at same time.

Thanks for the information. When you have more than 100 products that you need to associate under other categories makes for a very laborious process. It would be a wonderful function to add this capability in the batch edit process.

Batch editing for products is available. Go to Administration -> Mange menu item and select Batch Edit.

Unfortunately you cannot batch edit categories for products.
