licensing with dns failover or load balancing

I am hosting my own website and wanted the added security of DNS failover in case my power goes out ect. I would just like for my site to be up all the time in case any act of nature affects one server.

What is ableCommerces stance on licensing when someone wants to have a backup server as far as licensing goes? If only one server is live at a time with the same domain shouldn't it be under the same license I have already paid for?

I know some of you have experimented with load balancing and cluster configurations. where you able to use the same license for all the servers to work?

For running one AbleCommerce license (under the same domain) on multiple servers you may have to check the Enterprise Solution.

The standard license does not allow running the same site on multiple servers.
