Lockups on Option Images

Has anyone else encountered problems with the web server locking up when uploading/assigning images for options? No one else is on the server but me, so it is not a volume of traffic issue. Haven't done any customizations on the back-end (admin or database) so it isn't that either.

Could this be related to it being in developer mode? It seems to be random, kind of like the developer license popup.

Can you describe the exact behavior that you are getting and steps to reproduce the case?

I think it might just be a problem with the Visual Studio embedded web server. It works fine when running in IIS.
