DEV License Message

Hello all!


I constantly get the following message:

"DEVELOPMENT License"

This copy of AbleCommerce is running with a DEVELOPMENT license!

You will be redirected to the requested page automatically in 5 seconds, or you may click the link below.

While I obviously understand that we're using a development license, I also know that we messed up with that. We thought that we would need a DEV license to customize AbleCommerce and then we could go LIVE, but not quite sure how that whole thing works.

Is there any way to stop this constant message from appearing all over our store?

Just get a live license for the store and install it by going to Configure->Security->Licensing

Get a Live license as in pay for the software again? Or is there a way to get the license from AC somehow?

I paid for the full $1000 product. Not clear on what you mean~

The license you bought can have two different urls in it. So you can get a license for the dev site and ask for live instead of dev lincense. Even if you run into trouble with that, you can set your dev site to demoMode="true" in ablecommerce.config file and any url will work. All your test orders will say Demo,Demo for the name though.
