Server Migration Steps?

Is there somewhere on the board or in the documentation that tells the steps for migrating AbleCommerce to another server?

I've copied all the files over and Detached the database and reattached it on the new server. I setup the database.config file to the new settings. However, I don't want to start running anything until I know that I've done everything required.

Can anyone tell me if there are other steps required or point me to documenttion if it exists?
