Page show error if single quote used on item title

Hello:

I tried to include single quote " ' " on my item title to show tempearture ('C or 'F) but there will be an examination mark shows at the bottom left conrner of the page. Page still work and item still searchable. But when I click the error icon, it show :

Try using the html equivalent of ' when you enter the content into the admin.
