Need Help Exporting from Shipper 3 to Worldship

Post by SResources » Thu Mar 17, 2011 10:10 am

We know how to export XML files from Shipper 3 to Worldship, but the issue is that doing this takes away any ability to manually process each order (process multiple boxes with various weights before labels are printed). We are going live tomorrow with our new Able Commerce site and we don't have this major issue worked out yet. We learned that we can export all of the orders from Shipper to create XML files, open them in Excel, and save those as CSV files but that process is way too time-consuming when we are talking about 60-150 orders a day.

Please Help!

I was going to suggest that you use the dataport temporarily, but the two export UPS functions are throwing errors in 7.6.248. I'm going to post a bug if somone else can confirm the error is happening to them.

Update: It seems as though ShipRush is the answer we have been looking for! It is a very easy process and it allows us to manually adjust shipments on the fly. They are working out some bugs in version 8 but it will be a great tool for us. Thank you Judy for your response!
