HTTP Error 500.19

HTTP Error 500.19

I have a Machine, Asp.Net 4.0 installed, Express SQL installed.

When I tr to start the setup: http://localhost/install/default.aspx
I face this page:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

How can i fix that please !! something with web.config !!
i am installing ac_7_0_7_stable_b14600.exe

Solved by correcting IIS settings
Never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
