Fedex Shipping Canada Customs Fees

Hi, it seems AC is missing the customs fee that Fedex charges when products enter Canada from the US, causing us to undercharge for shipping. Is there a problem with AC's integration with Fedex's api? Or do I have to implement the calculation manually? I understand there is a formula, but hardcoding it is not ideal, as the formula is subject to change.
