Process Payment

Hi there,


I have installed some gateways to our ablecommerce website, did some testing and I see that I need to process the payment. Is there anyway I can make it auto process payment and not generate the order receipt if the payment process it unsucessful?

I am stuck here with this problem cannot run my website I would really appreciate your help.

You can set the settings in your gateway to Authorize and Capture when an order is placed. Then you can go into the triggers on the email templates and set it to only send out your receipt email on Payment Capture. If the payment fails, the status of the payment will go to Payment Failed and the email will not get sent out.
