Email Undeliverables

Email Undeliverables

Hi All,

We are having an issue with email's being sent from AC and not being delivered. I have verified that the email address setup on the admin side is valid, however we are having a number of people contacting us saying they did not receive order notification.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is there a way that I can see what has been sent from the store? If an email gets kicked back as undeliverable, is there a place where I can see these? I have access to the Outlook mail box associated with this account and there are no undeliverable bounce backs are being received there.

Ask the recipients to see if their spam filter is putting them in junk mail- some filters are pretty aggressive. You could put your email address into the BCC field and see if you receive them. If you have a cooperative hoster, they could check the email server on their end.
You/they could also see if you have SPF for the domain and if not, set that.
