Modified Store URL to www

Originally our store URL for AbleCommerce 7 was http://ourstore.com. We modified the store URL to http://www.ourstore.com by changing it in the Store Configurations through Configure >> Store. For some reason, it seems to redirect back to http://ourstore.com. Is there another location that I need to access and change to ensure our store converts to http://www.ourstore.com? If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

What url has does your AbleCommerce license use?

Your license will determine whether the store responds to www or not. The URL that is entered from the store configuration page is used to generate the correct http link in your emails.
