Adding requirement for purchasing product

The terms were actually called 'DistillerAgreement', so I changed the code accordingly. I now tried the code as offered and changed 'DistillerAgreement' to 'Agreement' and it solved the problem. Thank you.

I just found that after changing the code all other templates disappeared! Obviously, I had to replace my file with the original one. So, we still need help with this.
