How to handle RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)?

I have begun work in earnest on the manual for the returns manager. I finished my job scheduler manual yesterday in about 6 hours, but this module is bigger. So it'll probably be tomorrow before I can get it done, proof it and package the returns manager up for sale on AbleMods.com.

I implemented an easier way to install/uninstall the new tables required by the module. This completely eliminates the need to manually run an SQL script against the store database. It also greatly simplifies my installation instructions and that's always a plus

Finally, the manual is complete. For those interested, I've attached it to this post for your reading enjoyment.

In the mean time, I've got the product record built on the storefront. Test installation in a new AC7 install is complete. Tomorrow I'll draw up a nice description and system requirements page. Then it'll be ready for sale !

Ok the product record is built on the storefront. Marketing text and screenshots are loaded up. Not my best work but hey I'm a coder not a layout designer

I'm having difficulty with the sample email template included in the module. It was working fine but now it's behaving odd. The email part is pretty significant, so I'm holding off until tomorrow morning where I can nail it down better.

Otherwise things look solid. I'm sure the docs could be improved but 14 pages is a good start
